Returns

Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving them. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Refunds and Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements for:

  • Defective or Damaged Items
    If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

  • Lost Packages
    If your order is lost in transit, we will replace it free of charge. Please allow sufficient time for delivery before reaching out (typically 10–15 business days depending on your location).
